Our New Visual Identity

Written By Erlang Solutions

Our New Visual Identity

Erlang Solutions have recently turned 20 and in this time Erlang itself has evolved from being a programming language to an ecosystem of languages, tools and deployment capabilities. We’d like to share with you news of the exciting next chapter in our journey - a newly launched visual identity, designed to emphasise the things we do well. Discover more on our website.

The first step in this process we followed was to listen to our internal teams, community, clients and representatives from the fintech industry and beyond to enable us to understand how our brand can serve others better and become more purposeful. As you’ll know, the technologies in which we specialise and the problems which they solve are in increasing demand especially in the financial services and fintech space and our refreshed brand and focus on consultancy and problem solving now reflect this to those who are getting to know us.

With our mix of capabilities, consultancy and community, we are uniquely placed to offer distributed solutions that meet the demand for fault-tolerance, reliability and scalability that our clients require. We want to assure you that our refreshed brand will not impact the fundamentals of how we work. In fact, with our renewed commitment to consultancy, we hope our tech experts will be able to provide even more value to your team, guiding you to the best solution for an even wider range of technical scenarios within financial services.

A brand refresh does, of course, mean a new logo, and a fond farewell to our much loved Erlang Solutions squiggly logo that has acquired somewhat of a cult status among developer communities (we’ll miss it too). We hope the old logo will continue serving the community and will still be spottable now and then at related activities and events, or on developers’ laptops and hoodies.

We opted for evolution instead of revolution through this brand refresh. The core of Erlang Solutions has always been around our capabilities, consultancy and community, paired with values of teamwork, knowledge sharing, passion, fun and sustainability and this will not change. We hope you like the results and we welcome any feedback you might have as we look forward to an exciting future working with a great bunch of clients and partners on some exciting and impactful development projects.
