About Plenitude

Looking at average temperatures from Jan-June since 1918 the four hottest years of the last hundred have been 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018[1]. We believe that the scientific and moral case for action on climate change is clear and through our investments, we (millennials and Generation X’ers) can have an impact on the world that our children will grow up in. As asset management moves to a digital delivery channel, growth is coming from people our age as they start investing. Our interviews with millennials and asset managers show that there is demand for a coherent responsible investing option. Plenitude is thus a green digital asset manager – a FinTech that is passionate about making it easier for people to align their financial investments with their personal values.

As a B2B2C proposition we are the first to the UK market as a solely environmental provider of savings and investment services, who are also authorised to manage pensions. We are part of the incubator at RocketSpace whose alumni include AirBnB and Uber, and we have completed the Natwest pre-accelerator. We are proud to be in the first cohort of the UK FCA's Green FinTech Challenge, and have also actively engaged with the European Commission, HM Treasury, and the City of London on ESG and responsible investment. We have received investment from a technology firm and become an Appointed Representative of a leading FCA-authorized financial services regulatory umbrella platform. Last year we were announced as one of the top UK FinTechs by HM Treasury, and invited to take part in the Department for International Trade’s FinTech Trade Mission to Tokyo. In 2019 we were selected as UK winners and European finalists out of 1800 participants in an international innovation competition held in Shenzhen, China.
