Is there safety in numbers for op risk? One regtech thinks so

Given its sheer breadth, operational risk manages to be at once the biggest, flashiest, most out-of-control of hazards, yet also the one that is the most sub rosa, anecdotal and impervious to metrics.

A young regulatory tech firm claims to have an answer. Acin, just two years old, has been compiling a reference library of op risks and controls among the 12 banks it now serves.
