What does this mean?
The study excluded CEOs as they also tend to be founders with added levels of remuneration. However, what it found is that FinTech is broadly in line with other tech sectors in terms of executive pay but competition is heating up and FinTech salaries could well get even more competitive as the economy picks up post Covid.
