Irish insurtech Fineos set for $211mn Australian IPO

Irish insurance software company FINEOS is set to float on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) this week.

In brief:

  • This will mark the largest listing in the country this year.

  • The firm is set to raise $211mn which will also make it the biggest overseas tech offering on the ASX.  

  • FINEOS provides global life, accident and health insurers with core software solutions.

What does this mean?  

The Irish company’s long-term vision is to be the industry leader in software solutions for life, accident and health insurers – its next step is to increase R&D capabilities, which will be enabled by fresh IPO capital.
