The first eight firms to take part on Velocity Birmingham have been unveiled.

Velocity Birmingham is a hub for FinTech innovation and development supporting the West Midlands.

Firms will have access to investment management firms and workspace.

The hub has been developed by the Investment Association’s FinTech hub and accelerator Velocity and IA member Wesleyan.
What does this mean?
The firms unveiled work across various areas of FinTech including pension software, data sharing, machine learning, AI, cybersecurity and wealth management. FinTech Alliance is committed to the development of UK FinTech outside of London so we are particularly excited to see how these businesses develop.
