Buy now, pay later provider Clearpay has expanded its offering to smaller businesses in the UK.

Clearpay, the European brand of Afterpay, has extended in-store BNPL to SMEs in the UK.
Its “Pay in 4” offering has been available instore to larger UK merchants since November 2021.
Merchants can begin to accept Clearpay Card payments in store.
What does this mean?
Clearpay says that in-store card payments make up around 10% of Clearpay omnichannel merchants’ payment volumes – it wants to support SMEs to gain more sales.
