Mastercard acquires security assessment startup RiskRecon

Mastercard has agreed to buy AI and data analysis business RiskRecon.

  • RiskRecon’s solutions are used to help companies protect their cyber infrastructure.

  • The deal is set to close in early 2020.

  • The relationship will help Mastercard enhance its cybersecurity capabilities.
