US FinTech Plaid has launched an incubator programme for entrepreneurs who are Black, Indigenous or People of Colour (BIPOC).

What does this mean?
Plaid says it wants to “create a FinTech ecosystem that consists of more voices rather than fewer”. To achieve this, it will need to support entrepreneurs from every background and the FinRise programme is one step toward this.
