What does this mean?
It’s no secret that there’s been a tech skills shortage for a long time – now, the so-called Great Resignation has left firms around the world scrambling for talent, and FinTech has been hugely impacted with employees now asking for much higher salaries as well as other elements like flexible working.
Some of the key areas FinTech Scotland and Hays Technology will focus on include cybersecurity, mobile banking, cloud applications, AI and blockchain.
