FinTech Australia releases regulatory map for incoming FinTechs

FinTech Australia has released a new “regulatory map” to help FinTechs looking to expand in the country.

In Brief:

It has been created by law firm K&L Gates in partnership with Austrade.

What does this mean?

The map aims to offer clearer guidance on financial services licensing in Australia and help companies understand which government bodies to go to for support.
