Dublin City University launches FinTech course

Dublin City University (DCU) has created an online accredited short course entitled ‘FinTech – Financial Innovation’

In Brief:

  • This follows a global partnership with online learning platform FutureLearn.com.

  • The ‘microcredential’ has been developed by DCU Business School.

  • It is aimed at professionals who wish to upskill.

What does this mean?

The course will look at how advances in information and communications technology are transforming business operations and interactions with customers. It will examining technologies like Cloud and AI, and how they disrupt the financial value chain and promote innovation in financial services.
