Zodia Custody has appointed Julian Sawyer as its new CEO
In brief:
Zodia Custody is a crypto asset servicing joint venture between Standard Chartered and Northern Trust,
Sawyer replaces Maxime de Guillebon, a former SC Ventures partner, who has been in post since the company was founded in December 2020.
Sawyer was Starling Bank's chief operating officer for four years, after which he moved into the cryptocurrency space, after which he moved to Gemini and then Bitstamp.
What does this mean?
