Freetrade enables consumers to trade and invest without paying commission.
It currently has 600,000 customers and has expanded into a Sweden office.
The found was led by Left Lane Capital, including L Catterton and Draper Esprit.
What does this mean?
As stock trading among consumers grows in popularity thanks to a rise in digital finance management and a fall in interest rates, Freetrade has seen its quarterly trade volumes reach over $1bn.
Freetrade has already raised funds through a crowdfunding campaign.
