Businesses that use Tyl, which was developed by FinTech Alliance company Pollinate, will be able to set up a reward programme quickly and easily.
Consumers will be able to earn points which they can redeem with the business.
What does this mean?
Research by Tyl has shown that 30% of UK consumers feel the pandemic has made them buy more from local independent businesses more often – and around half of people surveyed said they think they could do more to support small businesses in the future. Tyl has responded by making it easier for its SME customers to develop rewards programmes and take advantage of this shift.
