Mariko Beising joins the open banking platform executive team

The FinTech has appointed Mariko Beising to the role of head of payment partnerships.
Beising joins TrueLayer from Klarna where she previously led partnerships with payments services providers (PSPs) and more recently was the director of global partnerships.
The announcement comes just a few days after TrueLayer announced its new European headquarters in Dublin.
What does this mean?
TrueLayer is moving quickly to deepen its connection with the world of open banking payments. Beising's appointment comes soon after TrueLayer raised an $70m in funding to help accelerate its global expansion plans, as well as developing its premium open banking services.
