Video sharing platform TikTok is looking to tech startups to help it boost its ecommerce offering.

TikTok is working to build out a “social commerce” offering where viewers can directly buy products they see on the platform.
Bytedance, its parent company, is working with YunExpress as a logistics partner.
It is also working with a Dutch ecommerce business called Channel Engine.
