Suade, a global RegTech business, has just closed its Series A funding round.
In Brief:
The round was led by Glenn Hutchins who will join the company’s Board of Directors.
Hutchins is Co-Founder of Silver Lake and former board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
It also included a host of other strategic investors.
What does this mean?
Diana Paredes, CEO of Suade Labs, says that in order to solve large scale regulatory harmonisation problems, “the right kind of investor and support” is necessary.
