Rapyd partners with TNG to boost cashless transactions globally

FinTech-as-a-Service provider Rapyd has added Hong Kong’s TNG FinTech Group to its platform.

In Brief:

  • This will include more than 10 e-money wallets from TNG’s Global E-Money Alliance.
  • These are added to an existing 500+ locally preferred payment methods across the globe.
  • TNG is one of Hong Kong’s leading ewallets, and the move connects its users with global and regional ecommerce players.

What does this mean?

This move perhaps levels the playing field in Hong Kong between large regional companies and local merchants by allowing consumers from around the world to pay more easily.
