Rapyd buys Neat, eyes Asian expansion 

Rapyd, a payments focused FinTech, is buying Neat which focuses on cross-border trade. 

In Brief:

Neat is a FinTech that enables cross-border trade for smaller businesses.

It helps companies to incorporate, set up business accounts, manage global payments and more. 

Rapydcurrently has a network supporting global payouts in 200 countries. 

What does this mean?

Rapyd says that especially from adding Neat’s services, it is well equipped to support smaller businesses that want to access new markets, and will look to expand globally itself with this new Asian presence.
