Embedded finance business Railsr has launched a new dashboard called Insights.
Insights enables brands to “track, manage and enhance” the customer experience, end to end.
It aims to make embedded finance experiences across a whole customer portfolio more visible.
Railsr will enable brands to track customer data like account approvals, card activations, transaction amounts and more.
What does this mean?
The idea is that when companies embed financial products they can get not just an overview of how they are used, but more granular data as well. It's especially important when embedding and adding layers to the financial services offering can sometimes risk providers putting too much distance between themselves and their end users.
