Paytm signs up over 100 institutional investors for IPO

 Indian payments giant Paytm has signed up 100 institutional investors as it plans to go public. 

In Brief:

Paytm says it’s allocated $1.11bn in shares to more than 100 institutional investors. 

They include the government of Singapore. 

This comes as it prepares for what should be India’s largest stock market listing.
