myPOS takes part in Trustech (Cartes) 2019

Trustech 2019 is on and we are excited to participate in this global event dedicated to payments, security and identification.

A popular mix between a trade show and a conference, Trustech was first held over 30 years ago to promote the new technology of smartcards. In 2016, it was renamed to better reflect the industry’s evolution.

In 2018, over 8,000 participants from 143 countries attended Trustech. This year, the event will take place again with more international participants, partners, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers. Scheduled to take place from 26 to 28 November 2019 in Cannes, France, this event is a must for all those interested in the evolution of trust-based technologies.

myPOS is pleased to announce that we are joining Trustech 2019 as a sponsor and exhibitor. Our Chief Commercial Officer, Stefan Stankov, is going to be a speaker at the Payments and Secure Transactions panel, which will take place on the second day of the event – Wednesday, 27 November 2019.

The track will address with the primary role of identification and authentication in the way transactions and payments have evolved towards a cashless society. It will also delve into the European market for PSD2-based payments services.

At this track, speakers will also focus on the initial perception of digital payments by business owners and how the “ever-growing demand for fast, secure and cost-efficient payment solutions combined with the need for business management tools contribute to the emergence of smart payments ecosystems.” Through these ecosystems, SMEs will be able to leverage the power of innovative payments technology and foster business growth at affordable costs.

Boasting a keynote address titled ‘A World Payment Perspective’ and an additional presentation titled ‘Challenges Ahead in Fast Changing Landscape’, this panel will also feature three round tables on ‘Open Banking – Instant Payment’, ‘Authentication and the Impact on Payments’ and ‘Innovations in Payments’. Meanwhile, attendees will also gain significant insights from our CCO’s presentation on ‘Beyond payments. Revamping business management for SMEs.’

At the same time, myPOS will be hosting a meeting area at stand LER B 020 at the Sponsor Lounge, where you are welcome to join us and find out more about our products, services and how we help businesses grow.

We are looking forward to seeing what the other participants will offer and share at Trustech.

Join us at the conference and stand LER B 020 to find out about the latest payment solutions and innovations that myPOS is offering to European SMEs. Attendance at the event is free of charge, covering both a visit to the exhibition and attendance at the conferences.
