Money Talks: Klarna launches campaign to start conversations about money

Klarna has launched its new “money talk” campaign to “get people talking” about money.

In Brief:

The Money Talks card game aims to spark “genuine” conversations about finances.

It will encourage people to discuss spending, saving and shopping.

The game is based around the Social Vulnerability Scale.

What does this mean?

Influencers like podcasters are being encouraged to play the game to open up conversations about money, with copies of the game available to customers through a raffle. Klarna, which has been called into question for encouraging people to overspend, is making efforts to encourage responsible behaviour with money through this campaign, its campaign to make influencer advertising clearer, and more.
