What does this mean?
With the impact of Covid-19, many businesses will have to adapt to a decrease in footfall and customers who are apprehensive about going into shops. Therefore many that have been largely physical will have to bring their business online, whether that’s to advertise, deliver or to offer a full ecommerce proposition. This will be a particular challenge for smaller businesses, but Mastercard hopes to equip them with the right knowledge to move forward.
