Twitter and Square Founder Jack Dorsey has changed his title from CEO to Head and Chairperson of Block.

Dorsey stepped down as Twitter CEO late last year.
He Co-Founded financial services business Square in 2009.
Recently Square rebranded as Block, though parts of the business such as the payments arm remain known as Square.
What does this mean?
Dorsey’s responsibilities will reportedly remain the same, and Block has changed its Bylaws to state it doesn’t need to have a Chief Executive or President.
