InstaReM, a digital cross border payments provider, will rebrand as Nium.
In Brief:
-
Nium is a global payments platform allowing businesses to send, spend and receive money from around the world.
-
It was founded by the team behind InstaReM in 2014 and is a partner of Visa’s FinTech Fast Track program.
-
Companies working with Nium will be able to join The Open Money Network, a group of companies in the finance, technology and travel sectors.
What does this mean?
In becoming Nium and part of the open money collective, IntaReM will be able to look at building new products. Rather than just looking to create products on its own platform, Nium is hoping to build wider solutions and capabilities to the broader FinTech ecosystem.
