InChorus launches research to combat workplace harassment

InChorus has launched a project that will highlight bias and harassment in the FinTech industry.

In Brief:

  • The study is supported by FinTech Alliance, Level39 and Innovate Finance, and sponsored by Revolut.

  • It will use its findings to help create a more inclusive industry.

  • Information will be collected over six weeks.

What does this mean?

FinTech Alliance is supporting the research as part of its overall mission to promote inclusivity across the FinTech space, whether this is in a large bank or a FinTech startup.

Phil Vidler, CEO of FinTech Alliance, said: “As the FinTech sector is by its very nature modern and innovative, it has a responsibility as well as an opportunity to transform the financial services industry from the inside out. It’s important to highlight issues people experience in the workplace so we can be aware of the work that needs to be done and how best to make FinTech more inclusive for all. This is not only the right thing to do, but will positively impact the bottom line of any organisation.”
