UK FinTech Gocardless is launching new payments offerings based on open banking in Germany.

These include one-off payments and Instant Bank Pay.
There's also a feature called Verified Mandates which aims to combat fraud.
The business says that in Germany 88% of merchants need to collect extra one-off payments in addition to recurring ones.
