Finastra teams up with Microsoft for small business lending

Finastra has launched a Banking as a Service (BaaS) collaboration with Microsoft. 

In Brief: 

It aims to bring new lending options to thousands of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).

SMEs using Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be able to access financing offers. 

This can be done through their business management platform. 

What does this mean? 

Finastra and Microsoft say the SME market is underserved when it comes to business financing and aims to offer it in a seamless and frictionless manner.
