Embark Group partners with Women in Asset Servicing 

Wealth management business Embark Group has partnered with Women in Asset Servicing to support women in financial services. 

In Brief: 

Embark will provide practical support, resources and expertise to WiAS. 

WiAS was established to grow female representation in financial services. 

It's hoped that the partnership, for an initial two years, will increase the group’s reach and impact. 

What does this mean? 

The news came just ahead of International Women’s Day, the theme of which is “choose to challenge” this year as people and organisations are asked to challenge gender bias and inequality. 

WiAS tries to help grow female representation across all levels but particularly senior positions which have been historically male dominated. Its commitments include nurturing talent and increasing visibility.
