Card Industry Professionals are delighted to announce they have been shortlisted as finalists for 2 categories at the UK Fintech Awards 2021.
'Online Initiative of the Year' and 'Trainee of the Year' for Beth McVeigh our Junior Product Manager!
The UK is home to many of the world’s premier financial services centres and a burgeoning financial technology market. The UK Fintech awards were developed to celebrate this incredible community, and the achievements and successes of the UK’s best and brightest.
It is great to see graduates and trainees being recognised within the field. Excelling in her role over the past 2 years, Beth has developed and implemented key processes as the business has grown, leading to a permanent position within the team as Junior Product Manager following her recent graduation!
Ciaran Savage, Founder | Director of CIP said “This is another key achievement and recognition for the CIP team and for Beth on a personal level as we continue to grow the company and scale our operations in the UK. We encourage the staff to develop their own skills through education - we have actively looked for and employed graduates or members of the team that have joined in between university years. Beth joined the team in 2019 to complete her 2nd year as a placement for an International Business Management course at Manchester University - she has been a key member of the team and the directors are delighted to have Beth back on board full-time as a Junior Product Manager. This shortlisting is testament to her commitment, enthusiasm and professional attitude throughout the past 2 years whilst completing her degree and having such a positive impact on the progress and development of CIP.”
We are proud to have been nominated and would like to thank the UK Fintech Awards for the recognition. Good luck to all finalists this year!
