Backbase has a new CTO

Software business Backbase has named Thomas Fuss as Chief Technology Officer.

In Brief:

• Backbase is a digital banking platform provider.

• Fuss has been with the business for three years, having previously worked at ING Bank.

• He also cofounded a payment platform, Payconic.

What does this mean?

In his new role as CTO, Fuss will focus on leveraging open standards and cloud technology. He aims to speed up the development of new digital banking solutions across a variety of channels.
