Amazon, AmEx launch cards for SMEs  

Amazon Express and Amazon Business are launching credit card for SMEs in the UK.  

In Brief:  

  • They include the Amazon Business American Express Card and a Prime version.  

  • The credit cards help those on Amazon Business earn rewards and choose the best payment choice for their business.  

  • AmEx and Amazon already have relationships in the US and globally.  

 
What does this mean?  

According to AmEx, 63% of British small businesses say cash flow issues have led them to delay purchasing things they need, so it’s hoped that the credit card option will enable them to get hold of essentials sooner.
