FinTech firm Beeks has outlined growth plans after recent success.
It posted a near 50% increase in first half profits.
Beeks made an underlying profit of £0.6mn in six months up to 31 December, compared to £0.41mn the previous year.
Recently the firm signed a threeyear deal worth £1.1mn and an annual deal worth £0.8mn.
What does this mean?
Beeks is headquartered on the outskirts of Glasgow and will increase activity at its Hillington base. The company has outlined it will create 17 new posts there – it was awarded a £2mn research and development grant by Scottish Enterprise in January.
