Irish FinTech Siren gains $10mn

Investigative intelligence platform Siren has secured $10mn in Series A funding.

In Brief:

  • The round was led by Atlantic Bridge and included Enterprise Ireland, DVI Equity Partners and Frontline Ventures.

  • As part of the investment DVI Equity’s Managing Director joins the board.

  • Siren uses investigative intelligence, search, business intelligence, Big Data and knowledge representations.

What does this mean?

The company uses its resources to help organisations battle cybercrime and financial fraud. With its new capital it hopes to develop product propositions and expand into new markets.
