VC company Samaipata is launching a new €100mn fund to invest in digital platforms across Europe.

What does this mean?
Samaipata was founded in 2016 and its first fund was worth €30mn. It plans to invest in a range of digitally focused startups across the continent and according to Sifted its aim is for the European ecosystem to “rival the US and China”.
