Welsh FinTech gets £250,000 investment

Yimba has gained £250,000 investment from the Development Bank of Wales.

In Brief:

  • Yimba is a FinTech and multimedia platform which helps banks differentiate their mobile wallet offering.

  • It also offers new customer insights through its technology.

  • The Wrexham-based company is expected to create over 50 new FinTech jobs.

What does this mean?

As well as creating jobs, the investment will accelerate Yimba’s capabilities to support banks and FinTechs with their customer experience goals.
