Consensys, a blockchain software engineering firm, has raised $200mn in its latest funding round.

Consensys is focused making Web3 universally easy to use.
What does this mean?
The latest funding will be used by ConsenSys to support the expansion of MetaMask, its app and browser extension that connects Web3 applications as well as enabling the management of digital tokens. It will also be used to hire 400 people and support the Infura blockchain development tool.
