Travelex establishes new APAC headquarters

Leading forex business Travelex has opened up a new Asia-Pacific hub in Shanghai.

In Brief:

  • The HQ will look after operations in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Japan and other markets.

  • The company has been operating in China for 15 years.

  • Travelex’s new hub will be located in the Pudong District.

What does this mean?

Travelex has cited the Chinese economy’s growth as key to its own growth within the country and wider region. The forex business is participating in the Certificating Ceremony for Multinational Corporation’s Regional Headquarters and R&D Centres.
