Standard Chartered joins Global Digital Finance Patron Board

Standard Chartered bank has joined GDF Patron Board to focus on cryptocurrency. 

In Brief:

StanChart is the first bank to join the board. 

It's a collection of firms working to raise standards across the digital currency landscape.

GDF currently includes 100 organisations and 350 professionals.

What does this mean?

Standard Chartered says it’s joined the group in order to collaborate with other global experts and facilitate dialogue on the standards that should be in place for digital assets.
