Hungary-founded fraud prevention business, SEON, has been named the fastest growing business of its kind by Deloitte.
In Brief:
The firm achieved Hungary’s largest ever Series A investment in 2021.
It raised $12mn, in a round led by Creandum.
SEON has also taken on around 150 employees over the past year.
What does this mean?
SEON currently serves over 5000 merchants and plans to grow geographically over the coming year. It already has strong bases in Budapest and London, and recently opened two new offices in Austin and Jakarta.
