Embedded finance business Railsr has just closed its Series C funding round, raising $46mn.
In Brief:
The round constituted $26mn equity and $20mn debt.
The equity part of the round was led by Anthos Capital, an existing investor.
This follows Railsbank’s evolution to Railsr to reflect its broader embedded finance use cases and the addition of Rick Haythornthwaite as Chairman of the Board.
What does this mean?
The funding comes as Railsr currently has more than 300 customers and it sees demand growing for financial access across a wide variety of companies. Currently it is working on its Insights as a Service (IaaS) platform which will launch later this month.
