Railsr has brought in a new management team led by Philippe Morel

Morel was CEO of Setl for four years until its acquisition earlier this year
He is joined by new CFO Debbie Lotz and COO Nick Charteris
Last month Railsr was sold to a consortium of investors led by D Square Capital
What does this mean?
