PrimaryBid, a retail investing platform, has raised $190mn in its Series C funding round.

What does this mean?
PrimaryBid is now valued at around $700mn following the investment. It has recently begun offering IPO services in the US to enable UK customers to invest in businesses as they go public in the US.
