Predictive Black acquired by FatBrain

FinTech Alliance company Predictive Black has been acquired by FatBrain AI, an artificial intelligence solution business. 

In Brief: 

Predictive Black supports SMEs in the UK with real-time cash management, financial insights and supporting overall business wellness. 

Its SaaS platform offers personalised forecasts for revenue, costs and cash for smaller businesses which can subscribe to the platform. F

FatBrain AI offers a number of easy-to-use AI solutions to help SMEs grow. 

What does this mean?

Predictive Black will add Predictive Black’s capabilities to its offering which currently incudes cloud and blockchain solutions available to SMEs through a subscription model. 

Speaking of the deal, Zitah McMillan, CEO and Co-Founder of Predictive Black said: “Connecting and aligning relevant data signals to reveal actionable insights drives advantages at multiple levels as part of our extended enterprise go-to-market (GTM). 

“That is, our regional, national and multinational banking GTM partners are motivated to distribute Predictive Black SaaS to thousands of their SME customers, enabling accelerated credit delivery, risk selection and risk appetite optimisation. In turn, SMEs get growth capital and Predictive Black peer intelligence insights faster.”
