Moneyhub, Aon partner on financial wellbeing

Aon is working with Moneyhub to develop a financial wellbeing app.

In Brief:

  • Well One Money is aimed at UK employees.

  • It will offer a complete view of their finances and claims it can save people an average of £850 per year.

  • Moneyhub’s Open Finance data and intelligence platform will be used by Aon.

What does this mean?

The app will work to understand employees’ spending habits and identify where savings can be made. Using open banking capabilities it will give a holistic view of their finances across a range of banks and other financial institutions.

The idea behind aiming it at employers is that they can get an anonymous view of employees’ financial concerns and know how to support them.
