Mastercard, vcita to help SMEs with digital transformation

Mastercard and vcita will help small businesses in Europe better operate in a digital first environment.

In Brief:

  • vcita is a CRM startup.

  • The pair have developed learning and management solution Business Usual.

  • It provides a suits of tools all accessed via one app.

What does this mean?

The project aims to help micro and small businesses operate more digitally, The tools on offer will help to educate as well as automate common tasks to keep businesses efficient. These include client management, billing and invoicing. Mastercard has said it hopes this commitment will show it wants to be the partner of choice for all businesses, no matter how small.
