What does this mean?
Many businesses have digitally transformed their entire payments process to make it seamless and improve the customer experience – but as of yet consumer loyalty has remained largely untouched. Loyalize aims to integrate loyalty programmes within the payment experience to help businesses move away from plastic cards that are currently impersonal and time consuming, to help cut costs and gather data to transform the customer experience.
The TrueLayer partnership will strengthen Loyalize’s ecosystem of transaction partners and will allow it to offer clients the tools to deliver frictionless loyalty.
