Jeannie Lim, former head of messaging payments at Meta Platforms, has been appointed as the Executive Director of Paxos Singapore.
She will focus on expanding Paxos' strategic initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region, including business development, partnerships, and regulatory affairs. Rich Teo, co-founder of Paxos, remains on the board after stepping back from daily operations. Paxos, a stablecoin issuer, recently received full approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore to issue stablecoins and has selected DBS Bank as its primary banking partner.
